H. Wheat Bailey II, BBA [President]

Wheat Bailey is a partner in Aesthetic Business Consulting and a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Business Administration. He has over 20 years of comprehensive management, sales, and sales management experience in the healthcare/medical industry. In 1996, Mr. Bailey was appointed national sales manager for HGM Medical Lasers and has been involved with lasers and aesthetics since that time for several companies at different levels. In 2003, recognizing that physicians were requiring more than just equipment and technical support, he founded Aesthetic Business Consulting & Sales to provide aesthetic capital equipment for physicians and assist them with a variety of business aspects surrounding the aesthetic and medical spa market.

Wheat Bailey serves as a consultant for such operational issues as site location, construction, build-out design, staff employment, training, marketing and preparing business plans. Mr. Bailey is also the author of educational materials on the hazards of "surgical plume" and has participated in National AORN and ANSI standards and Practices Committee regarding "surgical plume" and safety.
